About the Role
You will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey, translating business needs into solution designs and implementation paths. You will lead discovery, create demonstrations and proof-of-value experiences, conduct investigations, build integrations and automation, guide platform adoption, and connect customer feedback to product improvements.
Requirements
- Have experience in financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management
- Explain complex technical or operational concepts to different audiences
- Use storytelling, presentation, and written communication to engage technical and executive stakeholders
- Solve challenging customer problems using a creative, structured, and investigative approach
- Work with technical tools and learn new technologies
- Operate effectively with ambiguous requirements and incomplete information
- Focus on measurable customer outcomes
- Demonstrate interest in blockchain
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams across the customer lifecycle
- Lead discovery conversations to identify objectives, pain points, use cases, constraints, and success criteria
- Translate business and operational needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives
- Conduct blockchain investigations and deliver compliance and regulatory guidance
- Build notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for investigations, analysis, and customer processes
- Guide API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integrations
- Drive platform adoption and identify new customer use cases
- Build technical evidence for impact reporting and renewal conversations
- Own the feedback loop between customers and product and engineering stakeholders
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
