About the Role
You own the technical delivery of Fireblocks implementations for major APAC banks and financial institutions. You lead architecture design, integration, deployment, and production transition; define customer setups; steer complex integrations; create reusable architecture patterns; support pre-sales; and ensure delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments
- Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies, banks, financial institutions, or enterprise financial systems
- Software development experience
- Deep understanding of IT security
- Cloud experience
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and best practices
- Technical leadership and mentoring experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own the transition from deal close to production
- Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks
- Design API integrations and security architecture
- Document architectures
- Steer integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule systems
- Create reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks
- Bridge Sales, Product, R&D, and customers
- Support technical discovery and solution design in pre-sales
- Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction
