About the Role
Develop, deploy, and maintain secure, efficient, production-ready EVM-based smart contracts for Ethereum mainnet and rollups. Contribute to a Rust-based Ethereum execution environment, build proof-of-concept applications, track Ethereum Improvement Proposals, and integrate smart contract work with blockchain infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field.
- Proven experience developing and deploying EVM-based smart contracts to mainnet or rollups.
- Experience at a company with a mainnet product and understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle.
- Deep expertise with the Ethereum Virtual Machine.
- Strong understanding of smart contract design, security, and optimization for mainnet environments.
- Availability to work remotely within time zones between Eastern Time and Central European Time.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain EVM-based smart contracts.
- Ensure smart contract security and optimization for mainnet.
- Ship production-grade code to Ethereum mainnet and rollups.
- Contribute to a Rust-based Ethereum execution environment.
- Build proof-of-concept applications and primitives.
- Monitor and apply relevant Ethereum Improvement Proposals.
- Integrate smart contracts with core blockchain infrastructure.
