About the Role
You will lead and develop engineers working on software integration, system validation, and developer experience. You will contribute to integration and debugging, guide integration frameworks and deployment workflows, review logs and telemetry, investigate defects, and ensure capabilities meet product and interface requirements.
Requirements
- 7 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, or 4 years with a PhD
- Python or C++
- Autonomous systems or middleware

Responsibilities
- Mentor and develop software integration engineers
- Establish team priorities and drive execution
- Contribute to system integration, validation, and debugging
- Guide integration frameworks, deployment workflows, and configuration-management tools
- Review system logs, telemetry, and rosbag data to diagnose defects
- Lead cross-functional investigations and corrective actions
- Create tooling that accelerates debugging and issue resolution
- Ensure integrated capabilities meet product requirements and interface specifications
