About the Role
You will design, build, test, and deploy backend services for the issuance, custody, and settlement of tokenized equities. You will develop product and platform capabilities, integrate traditional market infrastructure with on-chain systems, improve performance and risk controls, and work with product, compliance, client, and platform partners.
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of software development experience
- Demonstrate backend development expertise in Go, Python, or Java
- Understand cloud-native architectures, system design, data modeling, and software engineering fundamentals
- Apply idempotency, reconciliation, and failure-mode reasoning to correctness-critical systems
- Demonstrate ownership and end-to-end project delivery
- Understand blockchain fundamentals including EVM, smart contracts, wallets, and on-chain settlement, or be prepared to learn them quickly
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy backend services that mint, custody, and settle tokenized equities
- Develop product-facing features and platform enhancements
- Integrate brokerage, ledgers, and corporate actions with smart contracts, chain indexers, and DEX trade flows
- Improve system performance, engineering productivity, and risk reduction
- Collaborate with product, compliance, client, and platform partners
