About the Role
You will build and maintain backend services, frontend interfaces, data models, and integrations for a content platform. You will develop user-facing features, APIs, and content-management services; manage cloud infrastructure; maintain testing, documentation, and CI/CD practices; and improve performance after launch.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2-3+ years of experience building and maintaining software systems
- Experience with content-heavy or knowledge-based platforms
- Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills
- Experience with modern backend and frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, Hono, SQL databases, Prisma, or Drizzle
- Ability to work quickly amid evolving requirements and rapid iteration cycles
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services, frontend interfaces, data models, and integrations
- Implement user-facing interfaces using modern web technologies
- Build APIs and services for content management
- Develop features and iterate based on feedback
- Manage cloud infrastructure for availability, observability, and development workflows
- Maintain version control, testing, documentation, and CI/CD workflows
- Provide post-launch support, bug fixes, feature development, and performance optimization
- Contribute to open-source components when appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
