Responsibilities
- Own testing strategy, standards, tiers, and tooling
- Build and maintain unit, integration, load, and performance testing frameworks
- Design end-to-end test infrastructure with realistic on-demand dependencies
- Build resilience and chaos testing capabilities
- Improve test reliability, selective execution, parallelization, and CI duration
- Build coverage reporting, test health dashboards, and failure-triage tooling
- Create testing templates and shared libraries
- Mentor engineers on testing practices
