About the Role

You will architect and scale core infrastructure for foundation-model research and products. You will solve distributed-systems problems, operate large clusters, build scalable data platforms, improve developer tooling, and work directly with researchers to accelerate experiments and improve infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a similar field
• Proficiency in at least one backend language
• Experience operating large-scale clusters and container orchestration systems
• Ability to work across the stack and own projects end to end
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts
• Strong debugging across application, operating system, and network layers
• Knowledge of containers and modern continuous integration
• Experience with Kubernetes, controllers, operators, or performance profiling
• Familiarity with GPU or machine learning workflows or large-scale data and evaluation pipelines

Responsibilities

• Build and operate infrastructure for training, researching, and serving AI models
• Run large Kubernetes clusters with GPU workloads
• Design and optimize data pipelines
• Build scalable and reliable data infrastructure with governance practices
• Build tooling, systems, frameworks, and optimized developer environments
• Work with researchers to accelerate experiments and improve infrastructure efficiency
