About the Role
Slash Financial is hiring a product-focused full-stack engineer to build stablecoin payments infrastructure, global USD account offerings, settlement systems, and the issuing stack behind its Global Card. The role spans on-chain execution, banking infrastructure, customer-facing products, and collaboration with customers, compliance, and design.
Requirements
- Experience owning complete product systems from data model through deployment.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, including API design, database migrations, and frontend development.
- Strong product instincts around UX, API ergonomics, and system correctness.
- Interest in on-chain systems, stablecoins, and crypto-finance infrastructure.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving small team.
- Commitment to clean, well-tested software and careful edge-case handling.
- Ability to reason about signing, finality, gas, and confirmation tradeoffs.
- Experience with stablecoin orchestration APIs, custody providers, or settlement infrastructure is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with cross-border payments, FX, or treasury systems is strongly preferred.
- Experience with account abstraction, smart wallets, paymasters, multi-signature systems, card issuing, or regulated fintech is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Own and ship full product surfaces end-to-end across global accounts, stablecoin payments, and the Global Card.
- Build stablecoin infrastructure including on-chain execution, on/off-ramp orchestration, mint and redeem flows, and settlement systems.
- Build the issuing stack for the Global Card, including spend authorization and settlement.
- Expand the Global USD Account into new markets and use cases.
- Work directly with customers and partner with compliance and design to ship solutions.
