About the Role
You will design, build, maintain, and own the critical infrastructure systems that enable AI engineering workloads. You will develop a gVisor-based runtime environment and a high-throughput sandbox scheduler across multiple cloud providers. You will harden infrastructure against failures, downtime, and slowdowns; plan and implement network infrastructure and cloud strategy; and drive reliability improvements across engineering. You will ensure the infrastructure remains fast, stable, secure, and able to scale under unpredictable global load.
Requirements
- Demonstrate deep experience building and operating production infrastructure as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar.
- Write clean, performant code and understand systems from the API layer to the runtime.
- Understand container orchestration and sandboxing beyond configuration, including schedulers, runtimes, and isolation boundaries.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Go, Rust, C++, or a similar systems-oriented language.
- Demonstrate experience designing services for high throughput and unpredictable load at a global technology company or scale-up.
- Balance security, stability, and speed trade-offs.
- Be based in Stockholm or be ready to relocate for an on-site role five days per week.
