About the Role

You will build end-to-end features independently or in small teams, ship code frequently, and help maintain and own a core component. You will contribute across APIs, banking infrastructure, financial workflows, backend jobs, databases, and frontend user experiences. You will learn the payments domain, help shape projects before development, and be mentored before mentoring others.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Interest in full-stack development, including backend jobs, databases, and frontend UX
  • History of collaborating with a team to ship a major feature
  • Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, and Postgres
  • Experience with financial software for banks, credit card processing, or cryptocurrencies
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous, engineer-driven environment

Responsibilities
