About the Role
You will design and build high-performance real-time streaming systems that ingest, process, and distribute market data with very low latency and high reliability. You will ensure data reaches latency-sensitive applications accurately and efficiently, make architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building production software in performance-critical environments
- Strong experience with C++ and Rust
- Experience architecting and implementing real-time data pipelines and streaming systems
- Experience with distributed, high-volume data
- Strong understanding of concurrency and memory management
- Experience with lock-free or low-contention designs
- Experience building systems for collocated or latency-sensitive environments
- Experience operating, supporting, and debugging systems under real-time production load
- Reliable, readable, and testable code
- Technical ownership and mentoring
