About the Role

You will own features from design through deployment and live monitoring. You will build scalable distributed systems, develop KYC data collection and automated verification, contribute to onboarding platforms, influence architecture and delivery, implement monitoring and alerting, and collaborate with product, onboarding, operations, and regulatory stakeholders to improve reliability.

Requirements

  • Java experience building web services and REST APIs.
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable distributed systems.
  • SQL and PostgreSQL experience.
  • Knowledge of monitoring practices, service-level objectives, and resilience patterns.
  • Knowledge of software development and design patterns focused on scalability and resilience.
  • Computer science, software engineering, or related degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable, reliable distributed systems.
  • Develop KYC data collection and automated verification across customer onboarding.
  • Contribute to platforms for legal-entity onboarding and identity verification.
  • Contribute to architectural design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Own features throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Implement monitoring, service-level objectives, and alerting.
  • Collaborate with product, onboarding, operations, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Develop observability tools to improve system reliability and efficiency.
