About the Role

You will build and operate the systems that support sandboxed agent execution at scale. You will own compute, VM orchestration, containers, scheduling, networking, and platform services. You will create developer tooling and delivery systems, improve reliability through observability and incident response, plan capacity, and design infrastructure with product engineers and researchers.

Requirements

• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed infrastructure
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
• Proficiency in Python and experience owning complex systems codebases
• Experience building observability dashboards and alerts
• Experience with sandboxing, network isolation, and secure multi-tenant compute
• Prior experience at a frontier AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools company
• BS, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a highly selective program

Responsibilities

• Design and operate sandboxed compute environments, including VM orchestration, container management, resource scheduling, and isolation
• Build internal developer infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and developer tooling
• Define SLOs and build monitoring and alerting systems
• Lead incident response and postmortems
• Anticipate capacity and architecture needs
• Design infrastructure with product engineers and researchers
