About the Role
You will design, implement, and maintain the backend and infrastructure systems supporting machine-learning inference, data pipelines, and product features. You will build APIs, scale inference workloads, evolve data ingestion and storage pipelines, and improve platform performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating backend or infrastructure systems in production
- Software engineering experience designing reliable, maintainable, well-tested systems
- Experience designing and scaling APIs and services
- Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, research, and product
- Ability to make pragmatic trade-offs under real-world constraints
