About the Role
You will design and build scalable mapping and routing data pipelines and services. You will turn ambiguous internal customer needs into technical designs and well-scoped features, contribute to reviews and planning, and improve service reliability through testing, monitoring, alerting, and on-call support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field plus 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 0–3+ years of experience

Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, cost-effective mapping and routing data pipelines and services
- Translate ambiguous internal customer problems into concrete technical designs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand needs and deliver well-scoped features
- Provide substantive feedback in technical design and code reviews
- Implement testing, monitoring, and alerting for services and pipelines
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Contribute to project planning and priority setting
