About the Role
You will build feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure for long-running agents. You will design and ship agents across voice, SMS, email, and other channels; create reusable platform capabilities; solve orchestration and integration problems; and translate validated solutions into durable products.
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Strong platform and systems engineering fundamentals
- At least two years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience with Python, TypeScript, or Go and React
- Ability to work directly with customers and understand business processes
Responsibilities
- Build feedback loops, evaluation systems, memory, signals, and decisioning infrastructure
- Design and ship long-horizon agents across multiple channels
- Create reusable systems, abstractions, and tools
- Build orchestration, integrations, data, observability, and engagement capabilities
- Identify platform gaps and help define architecture and roadmap
- Translate validated solutions into durable product capabilities
