About the Role

You will develop demos, prototypes, reference implementations, and reusable assets for Claude capabilities. You will create agentic systems, integrations, evaluations, synthetic data, and reliability checks; support customer moments; and turn field feedback into product and launch-readiness improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript
• Experience building applications or agents using LLM APIs
• Prompting, tool-use, and retrieval experience
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, data sources, and services
• Experience shipping software end to end
• Experience communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, Skills, or plugins
• Experience building AI evaluation or validation harnesses
• Experience building scheduled or always-on agentic systems

Responsibilities

• Own demo readiness for priority capabilities
• Build prototypes, agents, and reference flows
• Create reusable companion apps, templates, Skills, plugins, and demo packages
• Partner on high-impact customer moments and technical gaps
• Build internal agentic systems for demo preparation and maintenance
• Translate field patterns into product and launch-readiness feedback
• Define and improve demo quality
• Decide when needs require bespoke or shared solutions
