About the Role
You will design, build, and maintain infrastructure for growth experiments and data collection. You will develop analytics pipelines and automated workflows, support A/B testing and feature rollouts, monitor production services, troubleshoot issues, ensure data quality, and improve infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and testing practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of backend or infrastructure-focused service development experience
- Programming skills in Python, Go, or JavaScript
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code
- Experience with experimentation platforms
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable growth and experimentation infrastructure
- Build and optimize analytics pipelines for product and growth metrics
- Develop automated onboarding, campaign delivery, and performance-tracking workflows
- Support A/B testing frameworks in production systems
- Automate deployment and rollout of feature flags and tests
- Implement monitoring and alerting for growth infrastructure services
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize uptime and performance
- Ensure data quality and consistency for reporting
- Drive infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automated testing practices
- Train and mentor teammates on growth infrastructure principles
