About the Role
You will ship features from robot firmware and Rust services through web interfaces. You will troubleshoot production failures, own infrastructure and observability, build internal tools, and improve data infrastructure used to operate robots and services.
Requirements
- Industry experience building and deploying production systems in multiple languages
- Rust experience is valuable but not required
- Familiarity with Linux systems and conventions
- Knowledge of UDP, TCP, and WebSockets
- Strong computer-science or mathematics foundation
- Understanding of linear algebra and 3D transformations is a plus
Responsibilities
- Ship features across robot firmware, Rust services, and web interfaces
- Harden production systems by resolving deployment bugs
- Own bare-metal infrastructure, NixOS configuration, and deployment tooling
- Build observability for robots and services
- Build debugging, data-visualization, and internal application tools
- Improve document-database and ClickHouse data infrastructure
