About the Role

You will develop and scale high-performance C# software components and desktop user interfaces for a multi-asset execution management system. You will evaluate technologies, design next-generation features, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple concurrent projects while adapting to changing priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
  • Experience delivering multi-threaded, high-performance user interfaces in C#
  • Strong understanding of core C# .NET for GUI and server-side development
  • Experience with desktop-based applications
  • Knowledge of multi-asset classes, market structure, and trading systems is a plus
  • Experience with .NET memory and performance profiling technology
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and advanced programming languages, especially Java or WPF
  • Experience with unit testing
  • Passion for technical excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
