About the Role
You will improve React Native application performance, architecture, and code quality. You will build internal tooling for AI-assisted coding, testing, deployment, and defect triage; automate engineering workflows; and improve pipeline observability. You will integrate developer tools with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and CI/CD systems, support responsible AI practices, collaborate on testing, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- Extensive software engineering background with technical judgement on production systems
- React Native and UI development expertise
- Test-driven development

- Experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting production systems
- Experience evaluating or using LLM-based developer tools
Responsibilities
- Improve React Native application performance, architecture, and code quality
- Build and maintain AI-enabled engineering tooling
- Contribute observability to the AI-assisted delivery pipeline
- Automate coding, testing, and release workflows
- Deliver work in small, continuously releasable pieces
- Integrate LLM-based developer tools with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and CI/CD systems
- Bring AI capabilities into the testing pipeline
- Refine responsible AI standards for the software development lifecycle
- Mentor less experienced engineers
- Track delivery, quality, and test metrics
