About the Role
You will own pricing, billing, and revenue infrastructure. You will build billing integrations and internal workflows, improve reliability for revenue-critical operations, translate business needs into automation, and resolve production issues with durable fixes.
Requirements
- Experience with billing systems or internal tooling
- Knowledge of web stacks and databases
- Collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end billing and revenue infrastructure, including pricing, invoicing, metering, and reporting
- Build and evolve billing platform integrations, including Orb
- Turn quoting, approvals, renewals, usage reconciliation, and revenue reporting workflows into internal tooling and automation
- Design systems for new products, packaging, and go-to-market motions
- Drive monitoring, alerting, incident response, backfills, and runbooks for revenue-critical workflows
- Lead high-impact projects from requirements through iterative delivery
- Debug production issues and implement durable fixes
