About the Role
You will lead the design, development, and deployment of complex software systems. You will define robust architectures, establish coding standards, review code, mentor junior engineers, and work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Extensive hands-on software development experience leading complex projects and engineering teams
- Proficiency in distributed systems, cloud computing, backend architecture, and modern programming languages including Java and Python
- Ability to solve scalability, performance, and system-design challenges
- Ability to lead teams, influence technical direction, and drive engineering excellence
