About the Role
You will solve complex enterprise customer problems from discovery through delivery. You will scope product requirements, build autonomous agents and software solutions, collaborate with go-to-market partners, and help shape roadmap priorities across a core product area.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience preferred
- Experience building with and for agents
- Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
- Customer-facing experience or comfort
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions for large customers
- Understand user pain points and scope product specifications
- Build agents that autonomously implement solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management
- Drive product engineering roadmap priorities
- Develop domain expertise within a core product area
