About the Role
You will work directly with life-sciences research institutions to understand scientific workflows and build production AI systems with their engineering teams. You will develop reusable MCP servers, benchmarks, and agent skills; identify deployment challenges; share findings with product, engineering, and research; and create documentation that helps partners adopt solutions independently.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
- Production experience shipping systems used by real users
- Research experience in life sciences, biomedical research, or scientific computing
- Experience building LLM-powered tools or applications
- Knowledge of prompting, context engineering, agent architectures, and evaluation frameworks
Responsibilities
- Partner with life-sciences research institutions to build production systems
- Develop MCP servers, benchmarks, and reusable agent skills
- Identify life-sciences AI deployment challenges and share findings with product, engineering, and research
- Create technical content and documentation for partner self-service
