Its Routes product enables intent-based, real-time cross-chain stablecoin transfers and swaps with cryptographic execution guarantees; Programmable Addresses automate actions when stablecoins are received; and Programmable Transactions provide atomic, conditional onchain execution. Eco serves institutional and developer customers including DeFi protocols, exchanges and onramps, payment service providers, market makers, stablecoin issuers, treasury managers, wallets, and AI-agent builders.

About the Role
You will deliver new chain integrations and partner features across the full stack including smart contracts and distributed systems. You will write production smart contracts across multiple virtual machines such as EVM SVM TVM and emerging altVMs. You will own features end to end design build test ship and operate them in production. You will review code and collaborate on technical design with a senior distributed team. You will work directly against partner driven deadlines that are visible to the CEO and external partners on day one.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of production experience in web3
- Shipped production smart contracts on multiple VMs including EVM SVM TVM and alt-VMs
- Strong in TypeScript and Rust and comfortable across both contract code and the surrounding services
- Experience operating production distributed systems on Kubernetes AWS and Docker
- Thrives in high pressure high visibility environments and meets external deadlines
- Writes clearly and asynchronously and demonstrates strong written communication
