About the Role
You will lead end-to-end customer implementations and platform integrations. You will travel on-site, solve technical challenges, deliver special engineering projects, develop supporting tooling and documentation, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programming languages, and software development practices
- Proficiency across a broad technology stack
- Problem-solving, debugging, and technical issue resolution skills
- Customer-facing technical experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementations and platform integrations
