About the Role
You will design and build automation capabilities that reduce manual effort across customer onboarding and operational workflows. You will develop self-service experiences that enable customers to onboard, configure, and access products with minimal human intervention. You will improve customer growth outcomes by reducing onboarding cycle times and increasing process scalability. You will re-architect systems and workflows to support efficient provisioning, data sourcing, and customer enablement. You will apply AI technologies and modern engineering practices to identify opportunities for process transformation and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to solve complex problems and create sustainable, scalable solutions. You will drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating friction, and improving end-to-end customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks to improve products, workflows, or operational processes.
- Exposure to Web3 technologies, ecosystems, or decentralized applications, or experience in electronic trading environments.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand complex interconnected processes and architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, analyze, and solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
