About the Role

You will build and scale connectors for SaaS and on-premises systems, including full synchronization, incremental updates, authentication flows, and rate limiting. You will transform enterprise content into structured, permission-aware representations and design schemas and enrichment pipelines. You will own correctness, freshness, and performance across large-scale data flows while improving observability, alerting, and automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production backend or data-infrastructure systems
• Experience with Java, Go, C++, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, queues, and large-scale SQL or NoSQL storage
• Knowledge of SLOs, error budgets, failure modes, and correctness guarantees
• Ability to address strict consistency and permission-modeling challenges

Responsibilities

• Build and scale connectors for SaaS and on-premises systems
• Handle full syncs, incremental updates, webhooks, APIs, rate limiting, and authentication flows
• Build datasource capabilities including actions, live fetch, and query-language support
• Transform enterprise content into structured, permission-aware representations
• Design document schemas and enrichment pipelines
• Own correctness, freshness, and performance for large-scale data flows
• Solve distributed-processing problems involving ordering, idempotency, exactly-once processing, backpressure, and retries
• Preserve ACLs, deletions, and sensitivity constraints
• Improve observability, alerting, and automation
