About the Role

You will build low-latency data platforms, including real-time eventing, streaming and batch ETL pipelines, and an Iceberg-based data lakehouse. You will develop OLAP, orchestration, experimentation, agent memory, customer-data-platform, and personalization systems, and may build analytics and visualization products.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production systems or products.
• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale data systems.
• Backend and distributed systems fundamentals in Go, Scala, or Python.
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytical query optimization.
• Full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript, React, and a service layer such as Go.
• Experience building ML-powered product features such as personalization, recommendations, or classification systems.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Architect and build large-scale, low-latency data platform systems.
• Build real-time eventing infrastructure and streaming and batch ETL pipelines.
• Own systems for OLAP querying, orchestration, experimentation, and trustworthy data.
• Develop long-term agent memory and customer data platform primitives.
• Implement optimization loops for personalized agent interactions.
• Build analytics, visualization, alerting, and data-exploration products.
