About the Role
You will build and maintain customer lifetime value, churn and conversion models, apply machine-learning techniques to customer data, and develop sentiment-analysis capabilities. You will translate business questions into analytical solutions, present recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, and manage the full data-science lifecycle from data extraction through deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science or economics
- 5+ years of experience as a data scientist or in a similar analytical role
- Python or R
- SQL
- Experience building predictive models for LTV, churn or conversion propensity
- Machine learning techniques including clustering and classification
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as GCP, AWS or Snowflake
- Stakeholder management
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer lifetime value models
- Design churn and conversion prediction models
- Apply clustering and classification techniques to segment customers
- Develop sentiment analysis capabilities from customer feedback
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
- Own the data science lifecycle from problem framing through model deployment and monitoring
- Share data science best practices with the wider data function
