About the Role
You will build and improve systems that automate customer setup and deployments across cloud environments. You will develop infrastructure-as-code templates, bootstrap cloud accounts and projects, wire authentication, and orchestrate deployments. You will support complex scenarios such as BYO-VPC, customer-managed keys, air-gapped environments, custom regions, proxies, and private networking. You will improve the reliability and coverage of AWS and GCP deployment tooling.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Backend engineering fundamentals
- Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and GCP
- Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code experience
- Networking knowledge including VPCs, subnets, routing, proxies, and private connectivity
- Experience with deployment automation, onboarding workflows, cloud platforms, or customer-environment setup systems
Responsibilities
- Build and improve systems that automate customer setup and deployment across cloud environments
- Develop deployment workflows and infrastructure-as-code templates
- Improve support for BYO-VPC, customer-managed keys, air-gapped environments, and custom-region deployments
- Bootstrap cloud accounts and projects and wire authentication
- Work on proxy, private-networking, and deployment-orchestration systems
- Partner across functions to make deployments faster, safer, and easier to operate
- Raise the quality, reliability, and coverage of AWS and GCP deployment tooling
