About the Role
You will work with derivatives traders and quantitative researchers to turn trading ideas into production software. You will design trading logic and distributed systems, refine datasets and tools, implement performance-sensitive processing, and test and deploy code into live Asian markets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience with distributed systems, low-latency systems, backend systems, or client/server architectures
- Object-oriented programming skills in C++, Java, or C#
- Willingness to work in C++ and Python
- Understanding of operating systems, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience using AI tools
Responsibilities
- Work with traders and quantitative researchers to design derivatives pricing, execution, and trading logic
- Design and contribute to the architecture of a distributed derivatives trading platform
- Implement performance-sensitive data processing logic and trading strategies
- Test, ship, and deploy production code for live markets
