About the Role

You will design and build large-scale backend systems for money movement with strict correctness requirements. You will create extensible payments abstractions, support traditional banking and crypto payment rails, integrate with banking partners, and own architecture, reliability, and production integrations end to end.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience, ideally in high-scale production environments
• Strong systems design skills
• Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
• Experience working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with independent problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale backend systems for money movement with strict correctness requirements
• Architect clean, extensible abstractions for complex payments infrastructure
• Build systems for traditional banking and emerging crypto payment rails
• Interface with third-party banking and payments partners to accelerate feature delivery
• Own technical architecture, production reliability, and partner integrations end to end
• Apply deep attention to detail to financial systems
