About the Role
Design, build, test, and release backend systems that meet high correctness, reliability, and scalability requirements. Own and maintain key services, collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering and business problems, integrate with external financial institutions, and improve developer workflows and engineering practices.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency with Python, Django, Go, or similar backend technologies
- Solid understanding of relational databases and transaction-safe design
- Curiosity and interest in financial systems or a strong desire to learn
- Strong computer science fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset
