About the Role
You will build and maintain AI-powered workflows, microservices, integrations, bots, web frontends, and internal applications. You will turn business workflows into technical solutions, use LLMs and agent frameworks, ship tested code, and monitor and improve production automations.
Requirements
- 0 to 3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar general-purpose programming language
- Experience building scripts, APIs, small web applications, or workflow automations
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data modeling using SQL or modern data stores
- Hands-on experience using LLMs or automation platforms to automate real tasks
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required export authorization
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows for recurring business processes
- Implement internal tools and microservices that integrate with business systems
- Develop and maintain Slack and Teams bots, web frontends, and internal applications
- Use LLMs and agent frameworks to design task-specific assistants
- Map manual workflows into technical requirements and automation designs with stakeholders
- Write clean, tested code and contribute to shared libraries, templates, and automation practices
- Monitor and debug production automations
- Improve automation reliability and performance based on usage and feedback
