About the Role
You will design, build, and ship end-to-end agentic systems for short-form video creative workflows. You will design architectures for context gathering, planning, tool selection, and task execution; integrate internal and external models; and improve production quality through experimentation, evaluation, and user feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional industry experience
- Experience designing and developing production ML systems or agentic pipelines
- Deep experience with context engineering, including RAG systems, token optimization, and context management at scale
- Experience building evaluation systems and agentic infrastructure
- Ability to scope and deliver projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment

- Measure and improve agent quality through experimentation, evaluation frameworks, and real-world feedback
