About the Role
You will build the Agent SDK, including its orchestration engine, runtime, and agent primitives. You will define systems that support steerable and verifiable agent behavior, improve knowledge retrieval and grounding, and create evaluation frameworks for measuring and improving agent quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Build the Agent SDK orchestration engine, runtime, and agent primitives.
- Design primitives for steerable, verifiable, conversational, and adaptive agents.
- Build retrieval and grounding systems for accurate agent responses.
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure and improve agent quality.
