About the Role
You will design, build, and ship reliable production AI agents. You will own agents from pilot through deployment and iteration, work with customers to solve business problems, and help shape platform features through customer insights.

- Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
- Technical problem-solving skills
- Experience working directly with customers
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Own AI agents from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
- Work directly with enterprise customers to understand and solve business challenges
- Surface unmet needs and prototype platform tools and features
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform teams
