About the Role
You will design, build, tune, and deploy reliable production AI agents for insurance use cases. You will own the agent development lifecycle from pilot through continuous iteration, work directly with customers, and turn customer needs into platform improvements.

- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and iteration
- Partner with enterprise customers to understand and solve business challenges
- Surface unmet needs and prototype platform tools and features
- Collaborate with research, product, and platform stakeholders
