About the Role
You will own onsite deployments, configure and integrate robotic systems, commission installations, and validate operational performance. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze logs and metrics, document root causes and deployment standards, and provide customer handover guidance and training.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, robotics, engineering, or a related field
- Have 3+ years of software-deployment or system-integration experience
- Understand software deployment processes and PLC integration
- Troubleshoot complex technical systems in customer-facing or production environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in Python and Bash scripting
- Have industrial robot and vision-system deployment experience
- Communicate field observations and customer issues clearly to engineering groups
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Be willing to travel up to 50% of working time to customer sites
- Demonstrate professional English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Own technical deployments at customer sites and resolve software, robotics, vision, PLC, network, and integration issues
- Deploy and configure software, controllers, and associated equipment
- Commission and validate systems against operational requirements
- Monitor and optimize deployed systems using logs, metrics, and operational data
- Translate field issues into actionable engineering feedback
- Improve configuration standards, deployment playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical guidance and training for customer and system-integrator handover
