About the Role

You will own and elevate the company's social presence across all major platforms, going beyond simple posting to drive content quality, campaign execution, and audience growth. You will manage end-to-end content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, ensuring a consistent brand voice while adapting content to each platform. You will plan and execute weekly and monthly content calendars, continuously improve storytelling and visual standards, and work closely with designers, editors, and KOLs to produce high-performing content. You will lead social execution for key marketing campaigns such as product launches, promos, and activations, ensuring content supports conversion, engagement, and user acquisition goals. You will grow followers and engagement across platforms, optimize content based on performance data, and experiment with new formats and hooks. You will also monitor social sentiment, respond to community interactions, and identify risks and opportunities from social conversations.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook ecosystems
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and improving engagement
  • Strong content instinct—knows what works, not just what looks good
  • Data-driven, but also creative and fast-moving
  • Experience in fintech / crypto is a plus

  • Experiment with formats, hooks, and content structures to improve reach
  • Track and analyze social sentiment, trends, and user feedback
  • Respond to community interactions and manage brand voice in real-time
  • Identify risks, issues, or opportunities from social conversations
