About the Role
You will support social networking service marketing, influencer campaigns, audience development and day-to-day acquisition activities across the EMEA region. You'll join a lean but dedicated team working across multiple communities, platforms and games such as Black Desert, Crimson Desert and upcoming releases such as DokeV and PLAN 8, reporting to EMEA Marketing leadership. This role is ideal for you if you understand gaming communities, creator ecosystems and social platform trends, while also being commercially aware and passionate about growing brand visibility and player engagement.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, digital marketing or gaming marketing
- Strong understanding of gaming communities, creator ecosystems and social media platforms
- Familiarity with TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Reddit and Discord culture
- Basic understanding of User Acquisition principles and digital marketing workflows
- Experience coordinating influencer campaigns or community-focused marketing initiatives
- Comfortable working with campaign reporting, spreadsheets and marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Responsibilities
- Own user acquisition initiatives through campaign setup assistance, asset group organization and creative testing preparation
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations and campaign summaries for internal stakeholders
- Work with Google marketing tools and platforms to support campaign execution and optimization workflows
- Support the planning and execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns across EMEA
- Identify relevant gaming creators, emerging platform trends and audience opportunities
- Develop and manage community-focused social initiatives across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Reddit, Discord and X
- Monitor social sentiment, creator campaign performance and gaming community trends
- Research competitor campaigns, creator partnerships and platform developments within the gaming industry
