About the Role

You'll own the day-to-day execution, performance, and growth of the creator function within Fnatic. This includes the roster of always-on Fnatic core creators, Fnatic Crew - a grassroots programme in collaboration with Red Bull - and co-streamers for the games competed in. This role sits at the intersection of influencer management, partnerships, and commercial execution. Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnerships
  • Great people skills; able to manage expectations with talent and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfort working with data, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Strong understanding of Twitch, YouTube, and short-form content platforms
  • Initiative and comfort dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently coupled with openness to asking for help when needed

Responsibilities

  • Manage the retained Fnatic Core creators roster globally, as well as day-to-day management/operations of Fnatic Crew and act as their primary point of contact
  • Execute paid creator activations ("Drops") with partners; coordinate briefs, deliverables, deadlines, and approvals
  • Track delivery status and flag risks early, and ensure contracts, disclosures, and brand guidelines are adhered to
  • Ensure all always-on talent obligations are delivered (branding, panels, overlays, disclosures)
  • Be the face of Crew in the Discord server, engaging and interacting with members daily
  • Own the Crew talent lifecycle: onboarding, activation, performance review, retention/off-boarding
  • Maintain Crew tiers, performance scoring, and progression logic; identify high-potential talent for deeper partnership
  • Provide structured feedback based on performance data
  • Work closely with Business Development/Partner Success teams to develop creator strategies aligned to new partnership projects
  • Track creator performance across key metrics and maintain associated dashboards and scorecards
  • Contribute insights into what content, creators, and formats are working — and why
  • Work closely with Commercial, Legal, Marketing, and Content/Social teams to bring activations to life, and support wider strategic planning
  • Lead ad-hoc creator talent projects when they arise
