About the Role
Work on foundational DeFi protocols and a liquidation-free tranche stablecoin by designing, specifying, implementing, testing, and reviewing Solidity smart contracts. The role involves protocol architecture, security analysis, Ethereum and DeFi research, and collaboration within a small team.
Requirements
- Experience writing and deploying high-quality, well-tested Solidity
- Knowledge of the EVM, blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, and the Web3 ecosystem
- Understanding of algorithms and architecture
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong sense of ownership
- Ability to operate autonomously and transparently
- Reliable deadline delivery
- Interest or experience in open, decentralized, permissionless technologies and their intersection with technology, economics, finance, and governance
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, performant, and well-tested Solidity code
- Research and drive high-level decisions about smart contract systems and architecture
- Specify, implement, test, and review smart contract systems in Solidity
- Write specifications and review pull requests
- Analyze edge cases and possible attack vectors with teammates
- Stay up-to-date with Ethereum and DeFi advancements
