About the Role
You will define reliability targets, build tools to measure them, and shape resilient architecture and engineering practices. You will run disaster-recovery programmes, define SLAs and SLOs, own incident response and on-call processes, and develop AI-assisted investigation and automated remediation.
Requirements
- Experience running production systems at scale as an SRE, infrastructure engineer, or similar
- Backend development experience
- Experience with incident response, on-call, and post-mortems
- Experience with observability, alerting, SLOs, and SLAs
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with GCP or AWS
Responsibilities
- Design and run disaster-recovery programmes
- Define SLAs and SLOs and build tooling to track them
- Own alerting, incident response, post-mortems, and on-call processes
- Build AI-assisted investigation and automated remediation
- Work with product teams to improve architecture and resilience at scale
