About the Role

You will lead a private-customer service-center location with responsibility for people, operations, and finances. You will manage team leaders, monitor service and sales performance, drive improvement initiatives, build stakeholder relationships, and help shape the Customer Center strategy.

Requirements

  • University or university-of-applied-sciences degree in business administration or comparable education
  • Further training in banking and finance, leadership, transformation, or change management
  • Several years of leadership experience, including leading leaders and large organizational units
  • Experience in customer centers, service, sales, or finance
  • Record of organizational development, change management, and sustainable performance improvement
  • Analytical and strategic skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Very good German language skills
  • French language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Center location across professional, personnel, and financial matters
  • Manage five to nine team leaders and approximately 120 employees
  • Ensure targets for service quality, advisory quality, productivity, performance, and sales are achieved
  • Monitor operational performance using key metrics and implement improvements
  • Drive strategic Customer Center initiatives with internal partners
  • Build cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
  • Support the Customer Center leadership team in developing the area strategically
