About the Role
You will develop robust, high-performance, power-efficient silicon designs. You will use EDA tools and internal flows to deliver sign-off-quality layouts, enhance tools and APIs, debug engineering problems, optimize methods, and collaborate with internal teams and external support engineers.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related subject
- Problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills
- Tcl and Python programming or scripting ability
- Experience with 7nm or smaller technologies
- Experience with floorplanning, budgeting, synthesis, place and route, clock CTS, timing analysis, logical equivalence, and physical verification
Responsibilities
- Use EDA tools and internal flows to deliver sign-off-quality designs
- Enhance physical design flows, tools, and APIs for new features and methodologies
- Analyze and debug complex engineering problems
- Apply emerging technical knowledge to optimize flows and methodologies
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party support engineers
