About the Role
You design and validate high-speed signal paths for AI compute hardware. You develop and simulate PCB structures, define launches, vias, transmission lines, stack-ups, and materials, and guide designs through prototype bring-up, laboratory debugging, validation, and manufacturing support.
Requirements
- Strong experience in high-speed digital circuit development
- Deep signal and power integrity knowledge
- Experience with high-frequency SERDES design and validation
- Expertise using ANSYS SIWave, HFSS, Mentor HyperLynx, or similar tools
- Ability to design BGA and connector launches, via structures, and transmission lines for GHz signals
- Hands-on laboratory experience using VNAs, high-speed oscilloscopes, and signal generators
- Rigorous approach to design, debugging, and validation
- Strong ownership and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop, extract, and simulate PCB structures across production systems and test boards
- Define launches, via structures, transmission lines, stack-ups, and low-loss materials
- Own signal integrity decisions across board and package interfaces
- Challenge designs and guide signal integrity constraints
- Support prototype bring-up, debugging, validation, and manufacturing
- Work with PCB, package substrate, system architecture, and supplier teams
